‘Adopt A Family’ Program Helps Homeless JCPS Students In Need

Jefferson County Public School officials are hoping you’re feeling the spirit as the district hosts an ‘Adopt a Family’ celebration.

There are roughly about 6,000 students who are homeless in the Jefferson County area. The Adopt a Family program helps connect homeless families with a resources in the community, that can help them this holiday season.

You can also pay it forward and become a sponsor by purchasing a $100 gift card or $100 worth of gifts and then donating it.
