Amazon Launches AI Shopping Assistant ‘Rufus’

Move over, Alexa – Amazon’s latest AI assistant is named Rufus.

‘Rufus’ is an AI-powered shopping assistant that can help customers find “the best products to meet their needs”, the company says.
It searches Amazon’s product catalog, customer reviews, and information from across the web to make recommendations.
Rufus is in beta right now, but users can give him a try with the mobile Amazon Shopping app.
