Amnesty Program Open For Low Level, Non-Violent Offenders

The Amnesty Program Is Now Open For Low Level, Non-Violent Offenders To Apply.
The amnesty dockets will be offered at 1 p.m. on June 7th, June 8th and June 9th.
The following cases don’t quality for amnesty:
Violent misdemeanor or violent Class D Felony
Any domestic violence offense
Any cases that involves a gun
Class A, B or C Felonies
Those with low level or non-violent offenses, wishing to sign up can do so HERE or at the Hall of Justice by May 31th.
