How old is too old to date someone? Could the pressure from the public been too much for this relationship? It seems as if things didn’t last long between Aoki Lee Simmons and Vittorio Assaf.  She and the 65-year-old have split.  A source told Page Six, “It’s 100% done. They’re absolutely not dating.” Another source added, “Not only is it ‘over,’ it was never a thing. Aoki is learning to navigate her private life in a public sphere. And that can be difficult.
