He was a star football player who had committed to playing football for USC. He did 5 years in jail and 5 years of parole. During his 4th year of parole the accuser reached out to him to make amends and to admit that she had lied. She had also received a large settlement from the school district. In 2012 his conviction was overturned. His story is now being made into a movie starring Aldis Hodges, Greg Kinnear and Sherri Shepherd. The film will follow as Brian proves his innocence.
