Brittney Griner Pleads Guilty In Russian Court

Bless her heart! WNBA Star, Brittney Griner is headed back to court in Russia!

Russia is being accused of using the basketball player as a political pawn while the Biden administration has said she has been “wrongfully detained.”

Calls for the White House to do more as Griner, 31, was detained in February at Moscow’s Sheremetyevo Airport after Russian authorities said they found vape canisters with cannabis oil in her luggage. She could face up to 10 years in prison if convicted on drug smuggling charges under the Russian law.

Griner has pled guilty to the charges and stating that it was simply an oversight when she packed and didn’t mean to break any laws.
