Cuba Gooding, Jr Pleads Guilty To Accusations

Cuba Gooding Jr. has pleaded guilty to forcibly touching a woman in an NYC nightclub.
According to reports, the incident took place back in 2018 at a New York Nightclub.
The actress told the judge he “kissed the waitress on her lips” without consent.
Gooding’s plea deal calls for no jail time tho and after six months of counseling, he can withdraw the misdemeanor plea and plead guilty to a lesser violation.
Several other women have come forward with accusations about the actor.
