Former LMPD Officer Brett Hankison pleads not guilty on wanton endangerment charges!

Former LMPD officer Brett Hankison pleads not guilty to 3 counts of wanton endangerment charges in the Breonna Taylor case. He is now facing only charges of shooting in the neighboring apartments to Breonna Taylor’s residence. Hankison appeared via video to make his plea and find out his next court date appearance. The next appearance date is October 28th! Neighbors are suing the 3 officers who fired shots into their apartments. The officers are Myles Cosgrove, Jon Mattingly & Brett Hankison.
