Garrett Morris Getting a Star on the Walk of Fame

Congratulations and a big shout out to Garrett Morris! The legendary actor and comedian will be honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. A native of New Orleans, Garrett’s career began singing with the Harry Belafonte Singers, and then he attended the Juilliard School of Music and would later take a turn into acting. Who knew?
Morris truly became a household name in the 90s with his roles on The Jamie Foxx Show, The Wayans Brothers, and Martin.
Garrett will receive his star on Thursday, February 1, which also doubles as his 87th birthday and triples as the 136th birthday of Hollywood!
