Remember the old Phillip Morris site off 18th and Broadway, well what’s up with it now?

Almost two decades ago, the city was gifted with the property that almost became a Walmart until the walked away from it. Then Passport was supposed to do something spectacular with the site, but today it remains an eye sore every time you ride down Broadway!
