Kings Island to Retire Vortex Roller Coaster

Kings Island Retiring Vortex Coaster After being in operation for over 30 years Kings Island has made the decision to retire the Vortex roller coaster.  The coaster debuted in 1987 as the tallest, full-circuit roller coaster with the highest drop in the world.  Final rides start today with the opening of Halloween Haunt at 6 pm.  Have you ever had a chance to ride Vortex?
