Around this time of the year, lots of Louisville families experience the higher costs for utility bills!

The LIHEAP and LIHWAP Programs are now open, so if you need help paying for heat, water and even wastewater you can now get some help!

Applications and appointments are now being accepted with the benefits going directly to the utility companies for the bills!
