Michael B. Jordan & Jonathan Majors Show Angela Bassett Support!

Michael B. Jordan and Jonathan Majors, stars of the box office hit “Creed III” were presenters at the 95th Oscars, and showed Angela Bassett love with a shout out after her “best-supporting” actress snub and losing to actress Jamie Lee Curtis for her role in “Everything Everywhere All At Once.” The actors acknowledged Bassett with “Hey Auntie…We Love You!” Majors and Bassett are Yale School of Drama alumni and have shared the screen together in HBO’s “Lovecraft Country.” Jordan and Bassett have starred together in “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.” The internet came to Bassett’s defense with many memes and video in response to her reaction, after being snubbed year after year for her many stellar performances. Basset would have been the first actor starring in a Marvel role to win an Oscar. This is her 2nd nomination for an Oscar. Her first was 29 years ago for her role playing Tina Turner in “What’s Love Got To With It!” Click here to see clip!
