More Affordable Housing Is Finally Coming To Louisville!
More than 30,000 units are needed to fill the void in the Ville and there is a plan to tackle it!
Lou 2.2 Housing Plan and LDG Development looks to build about 2,200 apartments across 10 new complexes around the city.
One of the new projects called the Prestonian will be in the Phoenix Hill area at the corners of S. Gray and E. Clay with about 500 total units.
Renters will have to make between $22,000 – $60,000 annually to live in one of the units.
