120,000 Pounds Of Ground Beef Recalled Over E. Coli Concerns

Hold off on that hamburger – more than 60 tons of ground beef has been recalled over possible E. coli contamination. The meat was sold under various brand names including Thomas Farms, Nature’s Reserve, Marketside Butcher.  All affected products were made between Feb. 1st and April 8th and have an establishment number of EST 46841. Any affected products should be thrown out or returned for a refund at the place of purchase.  More info, including a complete list of affected products, can be found at fsis.usda.gov.
