Nelly, Shaggy and Salt-n-Pepa to Announce R&B Throwback Gigs Nelly, Shaggy, and Salt-N-Pepa are set to head overseas for a throwback concert that will take you back to the 99 and 2000s! The concert will also feature Blu Cantrell and a surprise guest, which ticket retailer Gigantic has revealed as Flo-Rida, so it’s not so much of a surprise anymore.  Fatman Scoop will host the tour which is scheduled to start on March 2020. The tour is set to travel throughout the United Kingdom, with stops in Cardiff, Newcastle, Nottingham, Glasgow, London, Birmingham and Liverpool before heading back to the states.
