Nelly Won't Face Charges for August Drug Arrest in St. Louis

Rapper Nelly has been cleared of any charges following his August drug arrest in St. Louis. The local prosecuting office confirmed that, after reviewing the evidence, they did not believe the facts of the case warranted pressing charges.
