According to a new survey, kids are going through it as much as their parents. A survey of 2,000 parents revealed that since the pandemic started 68% have seen their kids face significant mental and emotional challenges.
44% going back to school in-person
38% adjusting to remote learning
28% grieving the loss of a loved one
Half of respondents believe kids are stressed because they are missing life milestones like graduation ceremonies and birthday parties. 45% of parents are facing mental health challenges with the biggest one being work.
Suggestions to help your baby through are:

Consuming healthier foods
Showing more compassion
Let your child vent
Arrange for your baby to meet with a professional healthcare provider
