Raphael Saadiq Touring with Tony Toni Tone for Reunion Tour!
A tour with Tony, Toni, and Toné has been formally announced by Raphael Saadiq, fulfilling the hopes of lovers of ’90s R&B. The Just Me & You Tour will be the trio’s first tour in nearly 25 years. Saadiq, who initially hinted at the reunion back in March, announced it on Instagram on Tuesday (June 20). The California R&B group’s tour will begin on September 21 in Birmingham, Alabama, and will stop in New York City, Chicago, Nashville, and Los Angeles before coming to an end on November 14 at the Paramount Theatre in Oakland, California, and on November 17 at The Masonic in San Francisco. He said in his announcement, “I’ve always wanted to put my family back together. Playing with the Tonys again is a thank you to the fans, the Super Tonians, for supporting all my musical efforts.” He continued, “Without those who were with us from Day One, where would I be?
