Saluting Louisville Legend Static Major on his 47th birthday!

Taken from this world tragically in 2008, rapper, singer, songwriter and producer Stephen Ellis Garrett, most famously known as Static Major, continues to shine through the incredible art he left behind. Today he would have been 47 years old.
