Scarface Forces Houston City Council Run-Off Back in June, rapper Scarface announced he was running for Houston City Council and now he’s forced a run-off in his bid for a City Council seat. When voters went to the polls on Tuesday, Scarface, real name Brad Jordan, received 12% of the vote along with Carla Brailey. As a result, he has now forced a run-off with the front runner Carolyn Evans-Shabazz. Voters will head back to the polls to decide the winner for District 5 seat in December.
