The first of two patients to test positive for the novel Coronavirus in Montgomery County, Kentucky, has fully recovered. And is out of isolation, officials said Tuesday. The patient, a 56-year-old man, was taken out of isolation following at least seven days since his symptoms first appeared and at least three days since those symptoms ended, which follows federal guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
