Will Smith Set to Play Venus and Serena Williams’ Dad in Biopic

Will Smith is set to star as Venus and Serena Williams’ dad, Richard Williams, in a new biopic.

The “King Richard” film will document the story of how Williams raised his daughters in Compton, California and wrote a 78-page plan on how his daughters would become pro tennis players.

As you may or may not know, Richard had no formal training in tennis but would teach his daughters the sport and catapult them to superstar status in the sport.
